Introduction
Established over 40 years ago this sector was the core field of work for ASOC in the organization’s early days.
Presently operating with a strength of over 1500 workforce comprising of 60 engineers from different fields.
O & M sector to date has successfully executed more then 70 projects & made the reputation of being a reliable O&M partner for facility maintenance to clients like STC , Saudi Aramco etc.
Currently O & M sector exists in Riyadh, Qassim, Jeddah, Al-Kharj & Sulayl.
Brief description of the work handled:
- All civil works for office & housing building (panting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, sewage , interlocking etc)
- All electro mechanical services related to Generators ,UPS, HVAC systems etc.
- All electrical & electronics services for Fire alarm, Lighting, Telephony & CCTV.
- Gardening , landscaping and Irrigation and plumbing services.
- Pest control services.
- Housing and recreational services.
- Janitorial and sanitation services.
- Supplementary manpower services in the field of office administration and office management and I.T . Support.
