Operation & Maintenance
Introduction
Established more than 40 years ago, this section was the first and prime
field of work for ASOC. This sector has considered as prime in providing
facility maintenance services to STC, ARAMCO, MOE & MOH and others.
More than 1300 employees are working in this section with approximately 56
Engineers expert in various fields.
Till date O&M Sector has worked on 70 projects and made the reputation of
being a reliable O&M partner for facility maintenance.
Currently O&M exist in Riyadh, Qasim, Jeddah, Alkharj and Solail, but
executed projects cover all Kingdom.
O&M Sector projects are divided into their respective areas thus possessing
a control center which works 24 x 7, to ensure quality level.
Brief description of the work handled:
- All Civil works for the office and housing buildings. (Painting, carpentry,
plumping, masonry, sewages, -etc)
- All Electromechanical services related to generators, AC etc.
- All electrical and electronics services fire alarm, lighting, telephony, and CCTV.
- Landscaping.
- Pest Control services.
- Janitorial and sanitation services for offices,
- House and recreation services.

- ARAMCO - Riyadh:
Facility manintainence of all the ARAMCO offices,
housing compounds and recreation centers in
Riyadh.
ASOC O&M Sector has been working on this project for past 10 year providing following services:
- All Janitorial and sanitation work.
- All gardening and landscaping services.
- All housing services( hotel services)
- All recreation centers services.
- All office services and have been awarded as " XXXXXXXXX"
- STC HEAD QUARTER-Mursalat Riyadh.
O&M Sector has been working for STC in Mursalat for past
12 years.
Work includes:
